Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at DKT CORP. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, enhancing communication strategies, implementing social media marketing initiatives, creating web content, and analyzing web analytics to drive business growth and engagement.
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
2. Marketing Campaign Management:
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
3. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Thread, etc) and email campaigns that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to produce high-quality visual and written content.
4. SEO & SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
5. Social Media Management:
- Create and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries promptly.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
7. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Thương mại và Dịch vụ ô tô Hà Thành (Hà Thành Garage) chính thức ra đời ngày 14 tháng 02 năm 2017 với Garage đầu tiên được mở tại Trích Sài- Tây Hồ- Hà nội, quy mô 200m2, 10 nhân sự. Dịch vụ chính gồm: Máy Gầm Điện và Sửa chữa khung thân vỏ.
Năm 2016, nhận thấy tiềm năng của thị trường, Garage tại Trích Sài không còn đáp ứng được nhu cầu phát triển, vì thế Ban Giám đốc Công ty đã quyết định mở rộng quy mô kinh doanh, chuyển địa điểm kinh doanh về địa chỉ 500 Võ Chí Công - Tây Hồ - Hà Nội, với diện tích gần 600m2 và 22 nhân sự. Từ đây, Hà Thành Garage mở rộng phát triển dịch vụ sang lĩnh vực chăm sóc xe bên cạnh các dịch vụ cốt lõi Máy Gầm Điện và Sửa chữa khung thân vỏ.
