ABOUT THE JOB:

Scope 1: Information risk management
Support Review to mitigate risks & information security. The operation of the following works:

• The use of the system privileged account.
• Configuration settings & IT system/equipment logs (destop/laptop/server) related to information protection.
• Revoke the special rights of employees who will quit.
• Consideration of special rights of employees with the director of the department.
• Review the process of handling and declaring sensitive information.
• View and process warning reports revealing information from the system.
• Perform audits and reports on the protection of sensitive information at the employee's work area.

Scope 2: Privacy

• Analysis of the type of violation by the company with any regulations and privacy laws.
• Ensure privacy aspects are covered in a manner appropriate in administrative documentation for all systems with processing personal information.
• Provide regular counseling and training support for employees
• Privacy Protection Officer.
• Develop activities to raise employee awareness in the company about privacy.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant.
• 1 -3 years of experience in Information Risk Management orEnterprise Risk Management.
• Good awareness of Information Security, Risk Management Analyst or Enterprise Risk Management.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality.
• Good analytical, interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Nice to have skills:

• Having a degree or relevant professional certification, such as Information risk (ISO31000, CISA or CRISC); Data Privacy (ISO27701, CIPM or CDPSE).
• Experience in the financial/ insurance domain is a big plus.
