Objective of job:To perform generalist activities from Human Resource Management and support recruiting, admin & HR Manager to ensure smooth operation of Human resources Department.Principle activities:• Support and advise employees in simple personnel, social and labor law questions • Conduct individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal and external guidelines • Support the personnel selection process in cooperation with the functional departments and with recruiting and training • Conduct personnel selection meetings and support hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments for defined employee groups (e.g. interns, working students and workers, etc.)• Support managers or HR associates in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reporting• Handle administrative tasks (work permit, visa, temporary residential card)• Prepare documents according to guidelines (e.g. employment contracts, references, etc.)

Specialized knowledge / education: Human Resource Management / Finance ManagementWork experience: 5 years of experience in HR or Accounting or FinanceAdditional knowledge: Labour Law, HR processes like recruitment, training & development, absence management, (speaking, writing, reading)Competencies, acc. DRÄXLMAIER competence model and career path: Confident with the ability to deliver training & presentations, very good EnglishWORKING LOCATION: Tam Ky City, Quang Nam
