* Main responsibility
Coordinating technical and non-technical performance, operational and administration, also controlling production preparation, trial and end of production Blow Machine/Injection Machine & Decoration (BM/IM & Dec.)according to procedure that sets by customer. o
* Scope of Operational Responsibility
Manpower (People Management)
- Developing self-competence and his subordinates through education, training (on job training and program training)
- Optimum Human Resource potential according to the Organization Structure.
- Build positive environment and work relation by giving example of good manner and effective communication.
Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Planning the improvement by following the technology development, process, and system related with BM/IM & Dec. to reach an efficient and effective result continually.
Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibilities)
- Coordinating production performance or trial in BM/IM & Dec. match with the schedule from planning dept
- Responsible to corrective realization and preventive action of problems happen in production process.
- Monitoring and evaluating production result from production report in each shift.
- Making evaluation to corrective and preventive action related with BM/IM & Dec. target achievement.
- Evaluate customer’s complaint, fix it and do prevention.
- Evaluating inferior’s work performance objectively.
- Giving ideas to management in technical and non-technical problems related to production effectiveness in the section.
