Customer Service main responsibilities are in “Order to Cash” process from receiving order up to billing including order processing & deliveries, invoicing, cross division communication, handling routine and complex inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and proceed all incoming PO and prepare appropriate administration and communication to meet all requirement (price, credit, ATP stock …)...

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Experience in order management and customer service area.

• Has a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Ms. Office.
