Everjoy Publishing

Lead the development and publishing of outstanding board games that celebrate Vietnamese creativity while meeting international standards. As Publishing Manager, you will own the end-to-end publishing lifecycle—from product vision to market execution—working cross-functionally with design, production, licensing, marketing, and global distribution. This is a long-term strategic role, intended for candidates with strong leadership capability to grow with us. 

1. Game Development & Launch

• Meet publishing target of high-quality board game titles per year*, from concept validation to commercial launch. 
• Build & own publishing roadmap with clear milestones aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure all games meet EverJoy’s standard of design, cultural relevance, and scalability for local and global markets.

1. Process & Product Excellence

• Establish a structured greenlight process for evaluating internal and external game concepts.
• Implement robust development pipelines.
• Standardize post-launch review processes to feed insights into future titles.
• Apply tools and automation practices to improve the publishing process.

1. Team & Talent

• Build and lead a cross-functional team of editors, developers, and freelance creatives
• Develop partnerships with studios and creators, both local and global.  

1. Market Reach & Brand Equity

• Position EverJoy titles for international licensing opportunities.
• Represent EverJoy Publishing at global fairs (e.g., Essen Spiel, Tokyo Game Market).
• Build co-publishing partnerships with regional publishers (SEA, Korea, Japan, etc.).

• Publishing Expertise: Deep understanding of board game production, mechanics, user experience, and market trends. Knowledge of localization and product lifecycle management.
• Leadership & Ownership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and high standards.
• Creative Judgment: Excellent taste and instinct for marketable ideas. Can assess potential of prototypes and guide improvements.
• Project Management: Track record of delivering complex creative projects on time in full and within budget. 
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Able to work with local creators and international partners, bridging creative and commercial interests.

• 5+ years in product publishing, game development, or creative project management—board games or entertainment-related fields preferred.
• Proven track record of launching consumer products or IPs from scratch.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing freelancers or licensors.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Studied abroad (Bachelor's or Master’s), preferably in countries with mature board game markets, to bring global insights to the Vietnam market.
• Bonus: familiarity with tabletop publishing software, global board game communities, or IP licensing.
