Job Description

• Assist with documentation and procedures for the Sales Department as requested.
• Prepare quotations and review contracts.
• Compile and analyze regular sales reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Draft and manage documents and records for the Sales Department.
• Conduct customer surveys.
• Handle payments and advances for the Sales Department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Graduate from college or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Economics - Finance, Food Technology, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working in manufacturing or food companies is an advantage.
• Foreign language proficiency: Basic communication, reading comprehension, and writing emails in English.
