We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate (Long An) to join our team. As the Warehouse Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operational processes of the warehouse, ensuring that all procedures and operations are conducted in accordance with company standards. You will need to lead the warehouse team to ensure optimal work efficiency and processes that align with company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and developing operational manuals to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes. We are looking for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in this field. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operational processes of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
- Lead the warehouse team and manage daily scheduling and work assignments.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and regulations and develop and implement relevant operational standards.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse, and be responsible for staff training and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination and smooth operation of processes.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics management.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and related software, proficient in office automation software.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Management and leadership experience, with expertise in team management and training preferred.
- English require: Basic communication skill, Intermediate writing skill.
