- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the retail sector, proposing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and coordinate contract execution to maximize profitability and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions and improve account performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on the competitive landscape and identify potential partnerships.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends, as well as the ability to integrate them into sales strategies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
