This position is responsible for managing Korean accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- New business development in Korean customer segment (40%)
- Define the potential opportunities and timely discover prospects
- Approach customer for needs confirmation
- Prepare solution proposal; lead customer interactions and commercial negotiations to finalize contracts
- Report call visit in BAR+ and maintain relationship with potential customers
- Manage Korean customers (50%)
- Direct customers managing(On-Site level customers) (20%)
- Lead the team and support Korean speaking SR on managing the other customers incl. PG support to achieve team target (30%)
- Deliver committed agreement and discover additional/ new demand of existing customer.
- Build good relationship, customer intimacy with customers.
- Find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry
- Handle issues/ customer complaint such as commercial issues, deliveries, quality, collection,... with support from related stake holders
- Regular visit customer
- Renew contract at its expiration.
- Market intelligence and market report (10%)
- Establish and update market data in Korean customer segment (customers, competitors)
- Build basin report for highly potential area.
- Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events.
- Well understanding gas application and search/ develop new/ hidden market.
- Education: University Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics - Preferably Chemical and Engineer Field.
- Work experience: 3-5 years in a related field.
