Job Description

The candidate is responsible for overseeing and driving all activities within the Replenishment function including Commercial & Non-commercial Goods. Managing transportation day to day activities, responsible for Sustainability matter in his/her area. He/She also involves in controlling, cost management activities. Collaborating with other functions within the logistics department and Sales organization to drive all logistics activities in order to support business growth in the market.

- Together with DC manager to generate reliable budget, forecast as well as goals for Replenishment, NCG.
- Controlling all related costs within his/her area at optimal level.
- Maintain reliable records of all reports, document within his/her area according to accounting standards.
- Accountable for managing inventory of all commercial and Non-commercial goods.
- Maintain highest service level with weekly KPI for Calloff Pick 99,92%, Call off stock difference 0,2 %, Error check 0,2%, Inventory Count 0,1%, No location 10 orders, Ontime delivery =98%,
- Maximize operational excellence by educating 3PL in the H&M WMS system functionality and key work processes.
- Monitor and support well-functioning system integration.
- Monitor system functionality and new system functionality developments, incl. interfaces WMS, WCS and PLC
- Communicate change requests from 3PL to 3PL-DC Mgr./ Reg. S&Ops
- Distribute & translate release notes to 3PL and monitor execution.
- Ensure all systems work as expected and are used correctly to aspire best service to the stores and to secure that business is not interrupted.
- Ensure an effective and efficient incident management, when needed (e.g., participate in "bridge calls", Incident reporting)
- Ensure high quality level of all decided IT system related procedures and monitor correct implementation.
- Conduct business process audits regarding compliance to group standards.
- Act as NCG speaking person to Stores and local Sales and monitor compliance to sustainability and NCG standards.
- Maintain optimal level of NCG inventory following set Re-order point, Safety stock for key items. No stock shortage on paper bags, receipt rolls.
- Maintain highest level in all Security and logistics adudit compliance within area of responsibility and DC as a whole.
- Support DC Mgr. to ensure all operational, system and service requirements to the 3PL and operational changes are implemented and met (e.g., ensure system release updates)

Additional Information
This is a full-time position within Logistics Region SAP. You will become a part of the Logistic Region SAP team and report directly to DC Manager in Viet Nam.
