Responsible for managing overall projects including project timeline, project scopes, client requirements and expectations.

Attending kick off meetings with customers to get requirements and in charge of overall execution.

Conduct market research to understand client industry and local industry market leader.

Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing customer services to potential partners in Vietnam.

Support customers, develop relationships with customers and partners in Vietnam.

Arrange/ join and facilitate business matching meetings.
-
Organize and coordinate with other departments for overall project completion.

Achieve project KPI, project completion KPI.
-
Training/ managing team to make sure of team effectiveness.
-
Participate in common activities of the company to create and develop corporate culture.

Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.

Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in English and Vietnamese.

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

English is a must. Chinese is preferable.

Prefer candidates from the mechanical industry, but it is not a must.

Willing to learn and try out new things.
