Mô tả Công việc

Supporting the Academic Director with the fulfillment of tasks as assigned. Including, but not limited to:

Updating records and reports
Building and maintaining systems

Within the Academic department and cross-departmentally:

Creating policy documents and other templates
Providing support and/or arranging resources for ongoing Academic Director projects
Providing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement of operations

Communication:

Maintain contact lists
Supporting communication across the Academic department

Both formal written communication and informal communication:

Liaising with other departments internally
Troubleshooting and answering queries

Meetings:

Scheduling and arrangement of meetings and/or interviews
Minute taking
Travel arrangements

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements:

Graduating from college or higher
Strong English
Great communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Vietnamese
Highly organized
Able to take initiative
Able to multi-task
Good attention to detail
Strong time management
Experience in maintaining and updating records

Other Benefits:

Salary: 8.000.000 - 10.000.000 (Gross)
13 months of salary per annum are paid
