Participating in the APQP planning for new products by evaluating new project information from customers, preparing, and updating new product development time plans within the technical department
Reviewing product and tooling design with consideration of process and manufacturing; Preparing/ reviewing documents such as process flow chart, BOM, FMEA, etc.
Supporting the process development, reviewing process-related documents such as working instructions, ensuring the on-time delivery of samples, and leading to troubleshooting and problem-solving,
Handing over the product development to the launch team in the pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary.
Preparing and updating the lesson-learned database throughout the whole product development process
Maintaining/updating the MES/ERP information related to the newly developed products.
Supporting any R&D activities/projects in the technical department

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or higher
Good English communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Knowing knowledge of VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 internal auditor is a plus.
