Skills and competencies:

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a strong
understanding of customer-centric practices and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages, enabling effective
communication with diverse stakeholders.

 Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex operational
environments.

 Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external
stakeholders.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information
clearly and concisely.

 Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering
results
