• Design, build, manage operation and maintenance.
• Design, build, manage operation and maintenance for VMware environment.
• Take action immediately when system occurs erros, prepare for bugs, write related report.
• Manage internal and external rules.
• Manage system team (5-6 members)

General requirements

• Age: Under 40
• Experience: From 5 years +
• Education: Completion of related major from university.
• Preferred Qualifications: CISCO CCNA/CCNP certificates

Required knowledge

• Know about network management and operating principles, network/server, information system log and security settings, etc.

Required skills

• Technical ability for network management environment.
• Can write requirement documents.
• Ability of network management.
• Ability to analyze the cause of failure and review action results.
• Ability to install and operate network equipment.
• Ability to operate related software and network solutions.
• Ability to manage team.

Required attitude

• Business thinking based on end-user’s opinion.
• Work with meticulous and flexible spirit.
• Good judgement ability, progressive attitude, want to learn and use variety of technical projects.
