Huu Toan founded in 1982 is a leading generator Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Vietnam. We provide one stop-shop power solution in designing, manufacturing and servicing our power generation equipment. Huu Toan cultivates customer trust by manufacturing world standards products, providing fast services and delivering “wow” customers experience.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Project Leader to join our dynamic team and lead the execution and monitoring of our critical projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, aligning with company objectives, managing timelines, and adjusting schedules as needed.

• Manufacturing Coordination: Ensure production meets deadlines, implement lean processes, and maintain quality standards.

• Supply Chain: Work with procurement to secure raw materials, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risks.

• Technical Design: Collaborate with engineering to meet technical requirements and align designs with industry standards.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution and drive continuous improvement.

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and ensure timely delivery within financial limits.

• Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related fields

• 5+ years in project management within manufacturing

• Knowledge of generator systems and supply chain coordination is a plus

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

OTHER INFO

• Working time: 8h – 17h (Mon – Sat mor)
• Location: Bluesky 3 Tower, 01 Bach Dang Str., Ward 2, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
• Occasional travel to manufacturing sites (at least 1-2 times/month to Chu Lai, Quang Nam Province), suppliers, and customer locations may be required.
