- Primary role will be to drive the Group, Events and Event Planning department and responsible for Total Group revenue, Catering /Banquet Revenue and Event Planning to execute customer events;
- Weekly Sales calls to key clients to grow accounts and and acquire new businesses for the hotel;
- Managing Group and events related tools like Event, Meeting Broker, Meeting Planner;
- Lead the BEO and group resume meeting with the MICE/Events and Event Planning team with operational departments;
- Responsible that operational communication via BEO /Group Resume is on time as per need;
- Entertainment and Site Inspections along with team members as required;
- Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required;
- Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals;
- Conduct weekly Group and catering meetings review meetings to understand the funnel and progress of inquiries;
- Direct and manage all group, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel;
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence;
- Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies
- Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Knowledge of managing MICE and Events segment;
- Opera S&C operational usage as part of daily job;
- Minimum 05 years of Sales management experience or at least 02 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records;
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen;
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools;
- National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only).
