· Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Set up and coordinate bookings of Company's vehicles.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Be responsible for general office administration, liaise with suppliers, logistics support and inventory management.
• Provide receptionist duties/ secretarial work to the office.
• Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
• Coordinate workflow.
• Be responsible and coordinate activities and events of the office.
• Handle administrative work of projects.
• Correspond with colleagues, business partners, external parties, and guests.
• Get involved in other areas of competence as required.
