Mô tả công việc
- Issue invoices related to assets handover, goods handover, wholesale and others to the franchisee on a daily basic and when incurred.
- Checks and reconciles the quantity of RCVs at FC store and the quantity of RCVs at VN9997 to ensure the correct quantity for each PO and each item.
- Checks and reconciles the quantity of RCVs at FC store and the quantity of invoice to ensure the correct quantity for each PO and each item.
- Make bookkeeping of accounts receivable, payable to franchisee, support expenses, payments on behalf of the franchisee and others related to franchise activities in accordance with the accounting standard.
- Calculating franchise fees, sharing fees, supporting fees, cost of disposed/loss products exceeding Common Loss Limit and others related to franchisee in accordance with the franchise agreement.
- Keep records and documents related to franchising activities including but not limited to franchise contract, related sub-contracts, invoices, debt settlement minutes, handover minutes, ...
- Prepare the final settlement and debt offset minute with franchisee monthly on time.
- Prepare and process payment request to franchisee monthly on time according to the terms in the franchise agreement.
- Tracking receivables from franchisee and remind FC team to collect money on time and correctly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree, preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties;
- Preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties..;
- Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...).
- Minimum 02 year working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail.
- Good communication and listening skill, management skills;
- English fluency (both verbal and written) is a plus;
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel.

Công ty TNHH MATSUO Industries Vietnam là doanh nghiệp 100% vốn Nhật Bản, được thành lập từ 6/2002, chuyên sản xuất và gia công các sản phẩm chi tiết, linh kiện ô tô. Địa chỉ tại Lô C10, KCN Thăng Long, xã Kim Chung, Đông Anh, Hà Nội.
Công việc chính là ép và gia công các chi tiết nhựa bọc kim loại; sản xuất chi tiết dập kim loại chính xác, chi tiết lo xo kim loại chính xác cao.
Thiết bị chủ yếu là máy ép nhự đứng, máy em nhựa ngang, máy dập, máy cuốn lò xo, máy gia công bẻ gập.
Phương châm chính: xây dựng hệ thống sản xuất có giá thành và chất lượng vượt trội so với MIJ và các cơ sở sản xuất khác. Hệ thống sản xuất với chi phí thấp bằng cách tối ưu hóa sự kết hợp giữa con người và thiết bị. Nâng cao năng suất các mặt hàng nhựa, khuôn dập, chi tiết khuôn; cung cấp sang các cơ sở sản xuất khác.
