Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management accounting or related field
• At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing companies (Garment industry is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Corporate policies, focusing on HR policies, C&B, Performance Appraisal System 
• Be fluent in English skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
• Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & CSR
• Leadership ability to motivate the team-mates and a team player.
• Inter-personal communication skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Responsible to lead and manage all HR responsibilities of the factory
• Confident, independent & be able to take responsibility for the job role.
