ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. • Records movement of import and export containers in and out at parking lot in daily basic.
2. • Supervise day-to-day transportation operations to ensure adequate supply of material containers for Warehouses.
3. • Responsible for the efficient operation of designated routes and vehicles, to ensure daily delivery of all services to the internal & external parties.
4. • Keep track the movement of both empty and full containers. Assures compliance with established service standards.
5. • Monitors and report on trucking companies ’s driver performance levels according to established guidelines
6. • Manage all aspects of transportation discipline to include safety and security compliances. Meets the EHS system attendance standards
7. • Resolves trucking’s driver problems and conflicts and reports conflict with the logistics manager.
8. • Responds to co-worker requests and makes sure their needs are being met. Being able to work with other Logistic team member to produce high volume, high quality work, in a close setting.
9. • Check and send daily empty containers available to Whse every time
10. • Make Arrival container for direct shipment report
11. • Check CDF to know how many containers not yet declared in the morning
12. • Follow up warehouse container pick up plan to deliver empty containers
13. • Work with trucking service companies on container delivery and plan
14. • Work with trucking service to move container in/out the door and give docs to trucking to pass gate.
15. • Performs other work duties as assigned. ….

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

• University/ College
• Major: Business administration or Foreign trade

1. Experience: 1-2 years working in Logistics department (import or export)

• No. of year experience

• Other related experience
