Mô tả Công việc
- Manage purchasing tasks in the assigned scope by following the Purchasing procedure and Company policy to achieve the objectives of the Department and Company,
- Source, select, and approve suppliers for designated indirect categories in close cooperation with relevant user departments (including supplier audits when relevant),
- Work with the Marketing and Sales team to ensure the best service providers align with sales marketing strategies,
- Support user departments (Maintenance, Production, Projects, and other functions) in ensuring optimal indirect specifications are in place,
- Ensure the best possible agreements for designated Indirect categories, according to the purchasing objectives, by following the Purchasing Process and utilizing relevant contract formats (including frame agreements, etc.),
- Place and follow up orders in the system based on agreements/contracts when relevant,
- Execute invoice control according to company guidelines,
- Report on agreed KPIs including supplier performance to the Purchasing Manager,
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields,
- At least 5 years’ experience in Indirect Purchasing for Services (Communication, Digital media, Event,…), Maintenance, and Projects, preferably in a Manufacturing environment,
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure,
- Honesty, integrity, and process discipline,
- Structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Good negotiation, effective communication, and influencing skills,
- Collaboration and teamwork across organizations,
- Fluent in English and good computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP/ ERP).

LOẠI HÌNH HOẠT ĐỘNG CỦA CÔNG TY:
- Công ty chuyên sản xuất, lắp ráp máy đóng gói viên thuốc dùng trong y tế.
- Loại hình sản xuất xuất khẩu, thuê gia công lại.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Xử lý chứng từ xuất và nhập khẩu, đảm bảo tiến độ giao và nhận hàng.
- Khai báo Hải quan điện tử trên phần mềm ECUS5 loại hình sản xuất xuất khẩu, thuê gia công lại.
- Làm báo cáo, thanh toán chi phí liên quan công việc vào cuối mỗi tháng.
- Chốt tồn linh kiện thuê gia công hàng tháng, theo dõi hợp đồng gia công để báo cáo Hải quan hàng năm.
- Tra cứu mã HS cho tất cả các linh kiện và sản phẩm xuất – nhập.
- Làm C/O form E.
- Cập nhật Luật, Thông tư, Nghị định và các quy định khác liên quan đến công việc.
- Các công việc khác liên quan đến XNK theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Số lượng 02 người, tuổi từ 30 trở xuống.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kinh tế, Thuế, Hải quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 2 năm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất xuất khẩu, gia công.
- Tiếng Anh khá, biết thêm Tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng Excel khá.
- Cẩn thận, tinh thần làm việc nhóm, có khả năng làm việc độc lập.
- CV Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật.
MỨC LƯƠNG:
- Lương 10 triệu trở lên tùy năng lực
- Có xe đưa rước từ quận 1
- Công ty nằm gần kề KCN Hiệp Phước, huyện Nhà Bè, TPHCM.
