1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the IT/IS strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose implementation plans where relevant.

2. IT Operations & Infrastructure:

• Oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, cloud services, and end-user devices.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Manage the IT helpdesk and end-user support operations.

3. Information Systems Management:

• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise systems

• Ensure proper data management, reporting capabilities, and system enhancements.

• Coordinate with key business units to understand requirements and deliver suitable IT solutions.

4. Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Implement and maintain strong IT security frameworks and controls.

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, Group standards & Policies, and corporate IT policies.

• Conduct risk assessments and business continuity planning.

5. Budgeting & Vendor Management:

• Prepare and manage IT department budgets and forecasts.

• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Manage procurement and lifecycle of IT assets and licenses.

6. Team Management & Development:

• Lead and mentor the IT/IS team, ensuring skill development and performance.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Organize training for internal teams and business users as needed.

7. Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake other assignments and strategic tasks as assigned by the COO.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry at a similar level.

- At least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles within IT/IS.

- Possess relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CISA, AWS/Azure, or Oracle certifications.

- Strong technical expertise in VPN and Terminal Server management and troubleshooting.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English.

- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strong emotional intelligence and team-building capabilities.

- Highly effective in communication and problem-solving, with the ability to manage complex issues across departments.

- Capable of working efficiently under high-pressure and time-sensitive environments
