- Responsible for all trial related tasks on the shopfloor on defined serial production machines.
- Skilled to handle trial materials in all process steps and machines for prototype and pre serial production.
- Coordination of the handling, storage and identification of trial materials during trial production, lab tests of trial samples and shipment preparation of trial spools to other Amann locations.
- Controls and measurements of defined parameters during trial production with standardized documentation and evaluation of the results.
- Documentation of the settings of all machine parameters based on defined PP templates.
- Support of the R&D project manager with responsibilities for defined project tasks, e.g. Evaluation Tool, Engineering Change Request.
- Support of the R&D project manager for documentation of trial results.
- Responsible for AVN Process Procedures to update parameters and create new articles, following the globally defined Amann Change Management standards.
- Interface to local departments for internal trial organization and trial related requests.
