1. Perform daily sales activities such as room shows, telesales, and sales calls.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and establish new relationships, especially with Korean accounts.
3. Focus on managing key accounts and addressing special requests for VIP guests.
4. Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to enhance hotel services, meet guest requirements, and promptly resolve any client-related issues that may arise.
5. Maximize hotel occupancy and average rates through innovative and targeted sales strategies.
6. Document all requests, comments, and complaints from residents (bookers) regarding room conditions, facilities, and benefits. Subsequently, communicate these issues to the appropriate departments, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, or engineering, to ensure swift resolution. Ensure residents' satisfaction with our services.
7. Provide support for all matters related to Korean-speaking clients.
8. Work closely with the sales team to effectively complete assigned tasks.
9. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

1. 일상적인 영업활동 (룸 쇼, 전화영업, 세일즈 콜 등)
2. 기존의 고객들과 좋은 관계를 유지하고 신규 고객(특히 한국 고객)들과 새로운 관계 구축
3. 주요 고객관리 및 VIP의 특별 요청 처리
4. 호텔의 서비스 개선을 위해서 고객의 요구 사항을 충족시키고, 고객의 문제가 발생할 경우 관련 부서와 긴밀히 협력하여 해결
5. 창의적이고 전략적인 세일즈활동을 통해서 객실점유율과 객단가 상승을 견인
6. 고객(입주 예정고객 포함)의 모든 요청, 비평, 불만 사항 들을 기록하고 프론트데스크, 하우스 키핑, 엔지니어링 팀 등 관련 부서와 연락 및 협조 요청을 하여 문제를 해결, 고객이 칼리다스의 서비스에 만족하는 지 확인
7. 한국어 관련된 문제를 지원
8. 할당된 업무가 잘 진행되도록세일팀과 긴밀히 협력
9. 기타 매니저나 디텍터가 지정하는 업무를 수행

1. English proficiency equivalent level 4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.
2. Priority will be given to candidates between the ages of 23 and 30 who are seeking long-term career stability.
3. Having at least one experience in hotel industry.

5. Be able to work under pressure.
