Key responsibilities: The position is in charge of multi functions of finance and accounting as detailed below:

1. Tax
Tax planning
- Support on tax planning opportunities including financial structure and dividend policy for the company to minimize the total tax load and (financing) costs related to tax payments.
Operational tax
Undertakes a variety of operational tax assignments which have clear and specified objectives, including:

- Preparing all tax reports and returns as well as coordinating and completing various tax returns by required deadlines, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and other applicable taxes.
- Timely, accurately posting monthly tax transactions into ERP system.
- Tax invoice administration and advice, including E-invoicing regulation.
- Upload tax reports into internal group system (TCF)
- Tax Reporting correctly and timely in OneStream – Group Tax.
- Local files and related documents for proper documentation to defense transfer prices.
Compliance to fiscal legislation
- Initiation and execution of activities needed to comply with local tax legislation and ensure payment and accounting of VAT, project taxes, corporate income tax to perform business activities without (fiscal) legal sanctions.
Tax legislation
- Analyses and communicates changes in tax regulations which impact the company’s businesses, to continuously safeguard compliance of the company with these changing regulations and to give direction to tax issues which enhances company’s interests.
- Independently researches and analyses key tax issues to assist senior management positions in the Finance department.
- Provides financial accounting team and relevant cross functions departments with technical tax advice/ update and assistance in tax matters as necessary.
Tax relations & communications
- Maintains network of external contacts in the field of fiscal legislation and keeps up with developments, to ensure value added partnerships for the company and to make maximal use of fiscal opportunities.
- Being daily coordinator as for tax reporting, tax finalization, tax audit process as well as tax related matters to relevant tax authorities.
Dispute settlement
- Provides supports or represents the company in such matters of litigation of fiscal claims, if necessary, supported by tax consultants, in order minimize legal and financial consequences of tax disputes.
Management advice & information
- Proactively advises Finance management, regarding all relevant fiscal matters for the company, to ensure tax awareness in decision making and to minimize financial risks.
- Provides support to the tax input to the Reporting & Controlling function in line with company’s guidelines to draw up financial planning for the company.

2 Treasury
- Understanding company business and major sources of cash in and cash out as well as how accounts receivable & payable works.
- In charge of operational funding to ensure sufficient fundings for the needs while maintaining reasonable cash outstanding level.
- Coordinate with AR & AP and daily treasury accountants on treasury matters.
- Maintain and manage bank accounts and credit facilities.
- Liaise with bankers for relevant treasury matters.
- Build and propose financing plans.
- Back up for payment run tasks where and when necessary.

3 Others
- Pricing registration with Authority (Service of Finance)
- Assignments to relevant improvement projects
- Maintain legal docs (business licenses, investment registration, legal entities registration) to group system (blueprint) and to compliance link system.
- Understand well statutory accounts, able to use accounting systems and reporting tools to obtain accounting information for tax purposes.
