• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical) or Physics/Chemistry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor and exposed to technical leader functions/role.
• Experiences in semiconductor process, material is an added advantage.
• Possess strong fundamental knowledge in Metallurgy. Knowledge in semiconductor related
metallurgy is an added advantage.
• Possess sound DoE, FA, scientific analytical methods/instruments and analysis interpretation
skills.
• Capable of gathering, organizing, and analyzing information/data systematically.
• Strong fundamental knowledge in material manufacturing and application characteristics.
• Able to postulate potential cause of problem & identify methodology to test the
hypothesis.
• Possesses strong leadership qualities with experience working in a cross
functional team.
• Fluent in English language (writing and speaking) and capable of articulating
scientific findings effectively to a larger audience.
• Excellent presentation skills to higher management on technical matters.
• Excellent communication skills and capable of handling customer related matters
with minimum supervision.
• Proactively seek innovative solutions and breakthrough ideas in the field of
expertise.
