JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in performance marketing (SEO & PPC), a proven ability to drive revenue growth, and exceptional leadership and client management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and development of our SEO and PPC teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing significantly to the agency's growth through effective sales and project management.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, and manage the SEO and PPC teams
• Allocate resources effectively across projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Work closely with the sales team to support new business pitches and proposals related to SEO and PPC services.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded for the SEO and PPC teams.

Client & Project Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Oversee the successful planning, execution, and performance of client campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices, with in-depth knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies and execution.
• Proven track record in contributing to sales efforts and achieving revenue targets within a service-based business, preferably an agency.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex digital marketing concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
