JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Middle BrSE will advise clients on product features and implementation solutions to maximize

product value. They will enhance the value delivered by the production team by clearly describing

product requirements to ensure the project team understands them through client communication. The BrSE acts as a bridge between the client and the production team, receiving and relaying requirements. They will collaborate with the project team to plan the overall project toward release, prepare reports for management and stakeholders, anticipate and resolve potential risks, and proactively propose technical or business solutions. The role also involves participating in project quotations and estimations from the requirement definition phase, accepting deliverables from the team, and handing them over to the client. Additional tasks may be assigned by upper management. and executing sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in IT or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher), with strong communication skills in all four language skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BrSE.
• Minimum 2 years of coding experience, preferably in PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ability to research and understand system knowledge and key technical/technological aspects.
