- Drafting growth strategies in consultation with sales managers, business line manager.
- Keeping relationships and communications with the suppliers to have the technical consultation of product development; project pipeline and to have the latest information about products and services offered by the company.
- Writing business proposals for new suppliers.
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs; identifying opportunities for new - products, services or applications that will increase revenue or improve efficiency in operations.
- Cultivating a detailed understanding of a business' products and value proposition; local and international industry trends.
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycles.
- Training product knowledge for sales team.
- Meeting the customers (with or without sales colleagues) to determine their needs and to offer them technical solutions.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keeping relationships and communications with the universities, consultant companies to get technical consultation of product development and to proceed experiments, prototype of formula accordingly with sales and marketing strategies.Education:
- Degree in Pharmacy/Medicinal Practice (prefer) or Chemical Engineering or relevant major
Work Experience:
- At least 02 years' experience in the Technical Sales or open for R&D role of medicine manufacturers/companies (experience in Solid oral dosage is preferable)
Functional Skills And Knowledge:
- Proficiency English communication
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
