Research and penetrate the target market

Support BDM in developing action plans to implement business development strategies and reach sales targets.

Conduct market and competitor research and analysis

Explore business opportunities

Conduct needs analysis and identify customer pain points to determine solutions to meet those needs.
Identify new business opportunities using email, phone, and social media to promote Sun Inc.’s brand and understand customer needs.
Implement activities to find potential customers in the English- speaking market (through Marketing Online, Offline, and connecting activities,..)

Manage prospects and existing customers

Close deals
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate future sales opportunities
Plan and execute follow- up of potential customers.
Collaborate with the delivery team during the development process to detect issues and make improvements.
Create a list and fully update information about potential customers (Leads).

Being able to start everything from scratch and work independently
At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
Project management skills (preferred).
Communication skills, persuasive negotiation skills
Prior experience in IT sector and English- speaking markets with a proven track record of generating leads, opportunities and deals
English competency at professional level
Market research skills
Willing to take the lead in exploring new challenges and opportunities
