- Make order to buy and distribute the equipment of cleaning, garden.
- Making daily, weekly & monthly working plan, transportation schedule.
- Telephone operation, recording call out.
- Welcome guests and visitors; prepare meeting rooms
- Purchase and control stationeries, consumer goods for all company.
- Turn off light, air conditioner, close the door… in ground of office building before leaving.
- Booking air ticked & hotel room for BOD & staff to business trip.
- To prepare the tea break for meeting room and BOD.
- Send/ receive, Check and make expense report/payment for postal service.
- Answers and transfers incoming calls, take and deliver messages.
- Distribute incoming faxes, memos and newspapers.
- Check sheet to maintenance as required for water filter machines.
- Controls the selling scrap of company.
- Monitoring canteen operation, weekly checking.
- Management of company shuttle buses to arrange transportation for employees.
- Housekeeping and other administrative related works.
- Organize and participate in the activities of company.
- Requesting the Board of Directors and employees (foreigner) to send the personnel information to register residence at police station, register work permit and temporary for the foreigner.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager or General Manager if any.
