The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented academy hire to join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in technology, data analysis, and IT management to develop practical skills in a real-world setting.

Pre-requisite
• Written and verbal fluency in Vietnamese and English mandatory requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Prefer to have Microsoft Visio and Project
• Good to have Knowledge of any Data Visualization tool ( PowerBI, Tableau)
• Good coordination skill between internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to software usage, license allocations, and compliance status.
• Reporting: Prepare and update reports on software usage, license compliance, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the SAM team to identify and implement improvements in software asset management processes.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize documentation related to software licenses, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding software licensing and usage.
• Tool Management: Gain exposure to and support the use of SAM tools and platforms for license management and compliance tracking.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large sets of data accurately.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software licensing concepts and basic IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems analytically and propose effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills and technologies related to software asset management.
