- Partnership Development: Built a robust network of strategic partners, agents, suppliers, subcontractors, financial institutions, and key clients to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- P&L Accountability: Led the organization to achieve top-line and bottom-line success, meeting profitability targets (PAT) through strategic planning, cost management, and revenue optimization. This include leading various department directors to achieved company PAT
- Governance & Compliance: Ensured adherence to local laws, regulatory standards, and corporate governance practices to maintain the company's legality and reputation
- Executive Reporting: Delivered regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Group CEO and CIO, fostering alignment between the local unit and HQ objectives
- Require at least 5 years in related field or in general management work or directorship level
- Candidates with the commercial sales ‘superpower' and ability to handle corporate management level's clients such as company MD, CEO or business owner will have an ADVANTAGE
- Proven outstanding track record in achieving P&L targets and committed candidates will be able to excel here
- Min Bachelor's degree
- Excellent-est communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
- Candidate that work with FDI companies and capable to work in diverse culture is welcome
