•Responsible to work with various cross functional team to deliver the project as per scope, schedule and budget without compromising safety and quality per project specification.

•Drive project optimization plan to save cost with detailed budget planning and run value engineering.

•Steer and drive project progress to hit financial targets and corporate ambition.

•Established team reporting and publish team performance or project progress status.

•Develop, supervise, and/or review designs of commercial and industrial scale solar systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural and mechanical aspect of the projects.

•Provide technical support for review/preparation of proposals, including customers/internal stakeholder meeting during project cycle.

•Provide technical direction to project during project kick off, execution, delivery, testing, PV system commissioning and performance monitoring.

•Make technology recommendations based on project site location and geographic conditions.

•Manage and supervise site activity

•Involve in design, site survey or costing preparation during project tender stage

•Monitor and maintain performance of solar plant including but not limited to preventive maintenance, corrective action and monthly invoicing.

•Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in Solar, Electrical or Construction industry

•Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

•Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and ERP System

•Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in giving timely and anticipated response

•Demonstrate skills to lead technical team to resolve technical challenges and complex problems

•Possess strong data analytics and decision-making skills

•Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system will be an added advantage
