This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for a Quantity Surveyor (QS). The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and preparing detailed project cost reports. Key duties include managing tender documents, monitoring project expenses, evaluating subcontractor performance, and providing financial advice during project execution. The role requires collaboration with both internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Strong understanding of cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge in contract management, procurement processes, and tender preparation
• Technical skills in using estimation tools and project management software
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working on industrial or high-tech construction projects is an advantage
• Fluency in English is preferred; additional language skills are a plus
