- Battery QC Engineer’s major responsibility is to establish / maintain / optimize battery quality management procedure timely as required.
- Act as a bridge between QE and QC, Participate PCP & PFEMA developed/executed properly then checking QC documents for accuracy and compliance to improve QC detection and efficiency.
- Take lead QC quality improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Establish / maintain / optimize battery QC quality management procedure timely as required.
- Systematize QC paperless process.
- Updating and maintaining QC paperless process management systems and physical records
- Support for training plan/program designing of operational team and continuous operation process optimization Reporting errors and developments regarding to QC implementation and audit
- Evaluate quality metrics through regular review and reporting of trend findings, and provide lesson learned with function cross department to improve efficiencies and quality
- Responsibility for SPC alert until solve
- Drive or take lead QC quality improvement initiatives and coach internal QC team to improve detection and efficiency
- As assigned and with supports/guide from supervisor, participate and take lead role in cross functional collaboration or cooperate initiative for process or quality improvement
- Perform any other tasks as required by the role or as assigned by supervisor.
