MAIN ROLES
- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, oversees day to day sales efforts of Sales Managers with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the Sales Plan.
- Establish new business relationships, maintain existing Korean Accounts and expand of Korean Accounts’ Database
- Responsible for the preparation of the strategic Business Plans, Target for Korean Market. With Sales & Marketing team, DOSM, to plan and implement Sales Strategy to achieve individual target and cooperate with team members to achieve common goals
- Conduct Daily Sales calls, search for rooms & banquet leads, follow up and convert Sales leads
- Conduct site inspection/Hotel Tour
- Participate in Daily /Weekly/Monthly sales meeting
- Organize and implement effective sales systems and procedures, according to the sales procedures manual
- Communicate with Banquet, Reservations and relevant departments in whole process from prospect bookings, Proposals, Contracts, onsite event, payment
- Good communications, sales techniques negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate effective and appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with Hotel’s Goals and Guidelines
- Assist DOSM/GM in making reports and translating to Korean Language
- Under supervision of DOSM communicate with Head Quarter
- Actively support and promote Lotte’s Loyalty Programs, Lotte Head Quarter promotions/campaigns
- Participate in Trade shows, conventions and promotional events within Hotel, Head quarter, customers’ organizations as required
- Assist to develop new product themes, services and marketing strategies
- Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.
- Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.
- Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business operation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field (at least 4-year education)
- Experience: At least 3 years of overseas working experience in similar position OR 3 years of working experience in Vietnam with granted work permit
- Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel Sales & Marketing Department preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills

Công ty TNHH Tenglong Textile Việt Nam được thành lập vào năm 2014, là doanh nghiệp có 100% vốn đầu tư của Hồng Kông. Nhà máy sản xuất của công ty đặt tại Khu công nghiệp Thành Thành Công, huyện Trảng Bàng, tỉnh Tây Ninh, Việt Nam; chuyên sản xuất các loại vải sợi hóa học polyester như Pongee, Taffeta, Four-way Stretch, Peach Skin, Down proof, Oxford... Giai đoạn đầu của nhà máy sản xuất có diện tích 12,500m² đã hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động vào năm 2021. Năm 2022, xưởng sản xuất của nhà máy sẽ hoàn thành việc lắp đặt 200 máy dệt nước với nhiều vòi phun tốc độ cao, năng lực sản xuất hàng năm là 20 triệu mét. Vào năm 2023, số lượng máy dệt nước được lắp đặt tại nhà máy sẽ đạt 400 máy, thực hiện năng lực sản xuất hàng năm là 40 triệu mét . Nhà máy TENGLONG có hệ thống quản lý sản xuất ERP hoàn chỉnh, toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất sử dụng hệ thống ERP để thông minh hóa việc quản lý, kiểm soát hiệu quả công nghệ sản xuất, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm được ổn định, nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất, đảm bảo mỗi lô vải khi xuất xưởng đều đạt tiêu chuẩn. Hiện tại, nhà máy TENGLONG đã đạt chứng nhận kiểm tra SGS, GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Chất lượng sản phẩm của nhà máy phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của các quốc gia Châu Âu và Châu Mỹ và các quốc gia khác, có thể cung cấp cho khách hàng Chứng Nhận Xuất Xứ tại Việt Nam.
