Our client is a well-known pharmaceuticals player.
Job Description
- Lead sales and marketing to achieve portfolio P&L goals.
- Develop strategies using scientific data for sustainable growth and market share.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration for effective inventory management and early patient identification.
- Mentor the team in performance and talent management while ensuring ethical conduct and compliance.
- University degree in business administration, science, medicine, or pharmacy
- Exposure in a management position at the country or business-unit level, with responsibility for people management and P&L
- Exposure in sales and marketing in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Skilled in driving performance, building alignment, influencing and executing
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and takes action
- Demonstrate a leadership style that is results- and goal-oriented
- Capable of implementing both strategic and operational plans to support the vision
- Confidently written and spoken English language communication skills
