We are expanding and seeking passionate, result-oriented Head of Sales and Sales Managers to join our growing team across multiple business units.

📍 Location: District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B project-based sales within the HVAC or MEP equipment industry

1. HEAD OF SALES – HVAC & All Business Units

💰Income: From 40,000,000 VND + Commission + KPIs Bonus + Full Benefits

✅ Requirements:

• At last 5 years of experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in the HVAC or MEP equipment industry.
• Strong background in B2B and project-based sales (HVAC/MEP/Industrial Equipment)
• Good network with investors, consultants, contractors, and MEP partners

2. SALES MANAGER – Industrial Equipment

💰Income: 20–30 million VND + Commission + KPIs Bonus + Full Benefits

✅ Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Industrial Equipment sales role (no retail).
• Experience in project-focused B2B sales for industrial equipment
• Knowledge of project workflow (quotation – negotiation – closing)
• Connections with investors, contractors, and design consultants is a plus

3. SALES MANAGER – HVAC

💰Income: 20–30 million VND + Commission + KPIs Bonus + Full Benefits

✅ Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HVAC/MEP project sales role (no retail).
• Strong relationship with investors, main contractors, and consultants
• Ability to build and follow up project pipelines
