Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Business expansion management
· Participate in the ASIA Group market expansion roadmap development plans.
· Execute flawlessly the ASIA Group market expansion roadmap for all its Business units in Vietnam, and potentially other countries.
· Prepare annual leasing budget and forecast based on the existing locations and on the expansion plans.
2. Real estate location sourcing
· Develop and maintain an institutional real estate relationship network for effective location sourcing.
· Prepare and present business cases for new locations, including financial projections, estimated CAPEX requirements, and risk assessments.
· Ensure that all new locations sourced are compliant to the country's laws and regulations, including the firefighting regulations requirements.
· Manage the procedure for new sites approval by the ASIA board.
3. Leasing management
· Drive the lease negotiation process following the ASIA Group's policies, requirements and frameworks.
· Collaborate with ASIA Group Legal team, ASIA Group Finance team, and the business managers to review and finalize the lease contract agreements while ensuring all necessary and related real estate documents are in place.
· In collaboration with the ASIA Group Legal team, work with the local authority as necessary to understand local licensing, zoning, regulatory, and approval processes which impact the market and specific locations.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. ASIA Group Legal team, constructions, facilities, marketing, operations) to ensure that the new project stays in compliance with the leasing contract.
· Monitor and ensure the existing lease contracts are renewed on time to avoid business disruption.

Required qualification and experiences:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
· Minimum 10-year experience in similar role

· Thorough experience and understanding of Vietnam's real estate market
· Very strong negotiation skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
· Ability to influence key stakeholders by building sound analysis and robust assumptions
· Efficient communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in verbal and written Vietnamese and English communication
· Ability to work with MS Words, Power Point and ExcelLaptop
