Position: Chief Accountant - Manufacturing

Job Code: 108634

- Working location: Dong Anh district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility
1, Manage financial reporting operations, monthly and annual internal reports. Prepare document forms and related papers according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
2, Track inventory management, fixed assets, money, and assets within the company
3, Perform cost calculation and monthly cost analysis
4, Manage supplier tracking and debt payment operations, check invoicing and track receivables from customers
5, General management of all operations related to tax declaration, handling tax-related issues, guiding departments to comply with tax regulations and optimising tax operations
6, Directly perform revenue and expenditure planning operations for the entire Company on a monthly and annual basis, review implementation results, and analyze related unusual issues for monthly reporting.
7, Develop a work plan, and simultaneously implement the accounting department's tasks. Assign, guide work, and supervise accounting staff's operations
8, Act as the direct focal point for managing arising operations related to the accounting consulting unit and entrusting accounting operations.
9, Review the reasonableness of costs incurred in the company to cut waste
10, Manage and perform value-added tax refund operations.
11, Other tasks as directed by Vietnamese and Japanese superiors. Ensure the accuracy and legality of accounting books. Respond to tax inspections when they arise.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in majors related in Finance & Accounting field 
・Language: English - Business level 
・Experience:
- Have at least 2 years of working experience as Chief Accountant for manufacturing companies (FDI companies are preferable)
- Having a Chief Accountant certificate

<Preferable skill>
- Can speak Japanese to communicate with headquarters in Japan
