Position Title: Sales Representative - Key Account Planning
Function: Commercial - InHome
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Contract Type: under 3rd contract
Direct Reports to: Area Sales Manager - Account Planning, InHome

A. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional duties (together with line manager):
Account management:
- Key contact with assigned accounts for both internal & external stakeholders
- Plan & execute trade promotion & sales activities to achieve sales target
- Work with Trade Marketing, Operation & Marketing team to ensure each campaign happen as guidelines
- Build, develop & maintain customer relationships with key accounts
Others
- Tracking
- Provide administrative support/ report to key account team
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/Bachelor Degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, experience in B2B or beer market is a plus.
- Advanced computer software proficiency (Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks .
- Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External).
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong numerical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling.
- Self-motivated.
- Disciplined & integrity.
