SUN AUTOMATION CO., LTD

Sun Automation – the Authorized Distributor of AVEVA in Vietnam – is seeking a Sales Admin & Marketing Specialist dedicated to the AVEVA segment to work closely with AVEVA in the APAC region. This position will oversee the entire collaboration process between Sun Automation and AVEVA, including partner registration, internal tool management, and providing support for sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Partner Administrator

• Register and maintain AVEVA partner accounts on the APAC Portal system.
• Access and update product tool documentation, marketing materials, guidelines, etc.
• Manage and provide internal guidance on using AVEVA tools such as:

OPA (Order Placement Application): Placing AVEVA license orders.

DR (Deal Registration): Registering business opportunities with AVEVA.

• Marketing development: Support in organizing meetings with the AVEVA marketing team to plan communications strategies.

2. Business and Marketing Support

• Monitor, update, compile, and report on promotional programs and new sales documents from AVEVA.
• Collaborate with the sales team to handle and update information related to quotes, consolidations, and software orders.
• Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, marketing events, and exhibitions related to AVEVA and industrial software solutions.

3. Training and Internal Communication

• Participate in training sessions provided by AVEVA and compile instructional materials for other departments in the company.
• Manage AVEVA content on internal platforms (SharePoint, Google Drive, or shared platform systems).

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing, or Partner Management (candidates with experience in industrial software, automation, SCADA, MES, etc., are preferred).
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) to effectively communicate via email, online meetings, and collaborate with international partners.
• Strong organizational, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience in event organization (webinars, seminars, exhibitions, etc.) are preferred.
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with a spirit of learning and collaboration.

Working time:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00
• Saturday: 8:00-12:00
