Implementation: Lead clients through the implementation of software solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the setup are tailored to meet their specific needs.
Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on the software's features, functionalities, and best practices.
Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication with customers, both internal and external, throughout the implementation and support processes.
Issue Management: Prioritize and manage reported customer issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure a quick resolution.
Desktop Application Development: Develop and maintain desktop applications using VB.NET, ensuring they meet performance and usability standards.
Application Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance for existing applications, addressing any bugs or issues that arise and implementing improvements as needed.
Task Management: Complete other tasks and assignments as directed by the company, adapting to new challenges and technologies as required.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor server performance and capacity, applying patches and updates as needed to maintain system stability.
Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and the ability to recover from hardware/software failures or other incidents.
Security Management: Ensure servers are protected against vulnerabilities by implementing security policies, monitoring for threats, and applying necessary security patches.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, providing support to other IT staff and end-users as needed.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in ERP/Accounting/HR software implementation, customer support, or a related role.
Proven experience in desktop and web application development, particularly with VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, NodeJS, or ReactJS.
Server administration, including experience with Windows server environments.
