Position available at either Con Dao or Ho Chi Minh City

- Supervise the whole operation of Purchasing as well as approval of recommended competitive/quoted prices from all Purchasing Clerks.

- Develop positive vendor relationships in order to find competitive prices.

- Ensure that Purchase Order need to be approved before placing order.

- Verify all invoices, taxes, freight charges and other charges.

- Verify the return of goods and all goods received with invoices.

- Maintaining a library of catalogs, price list and other references data.

- Coordinate with Cost Controller

- To be aware of the approximate consumption of regular items, so that purchases are initiated when quantity falls below par-stock levels.

- Manager Package

- Developing career in a well-recognized, luxury resort brand;

- Good command of English.

• Fluently in English.
• At least 2 years work at relative experience
