As our Financial Specialist, you’ll be the go- to person for all things finance- related—ensuring that our accounts are accurate, transactions are recorded promptly, and the company’s finances flow smoothly. You’ll work closely with top management, but your main focus is on practical, detail- oriented tasks that keep us compliant and on track.

Who We Are

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track incoming and outgoing payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and confirm vendors receive what they’re owed.
Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline financial workflows, reduce errors, and keep data organised.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate straightforward financial reports (cash flow statements, expense summaries, etc.) that help management make informed decisions.
Reconciliation: Regularly match bank statements, POS records, and internal ledgers so everything lines up correctly.
Daily Financial Operations: Record sales, expenses, invoices, and any other transactions. Make sure every cent is accounted for.
Compliance & Coordination: Work with external accountants or auditors to prepare necessary documents and maintain compliance with local regulations.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll calculations, coordinate with HR, and ensure employees receive accurate, on- time payments.

What You’ll Bring

Communication: You’re clear, professional, and can work well with both local and international teams.
Problem- Solving: You adapt quickly when you see issues and propose practical fixes.
Ownership Mindset: You’re accountable and take pride in having the financial side of the business in perfect order.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills—comfortable with formulas, reconciliation, and data accuracy.
Attention to Detail: You double- check your numbers and hate inconsistencies.
1–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
