Responsibilities
Attract & Hire
• Build pipelines of proactive, passionate, transparent candidates who can match our “Boutique meets Big Scale” mindset.
• Craft and post compelling job ads that reflect our high- energy culture.
• Drive end- to- end recruitment—from screening and interviewing to onboarding top talents.
Onboard
• Design and run an engaging onboarding experience that integrates new hires quickly and effectively.
• Monitor probation reviews, ensuring they reflect genuine performance metrics and cultural fit.
• Ensure managers follow proper onboarding guidelines, and new team members have the resources to win right from day one.
Engage
• Identify and address any toxic patterns before they become issues.
• Champion events, team- building activities, and open forums that promote authentic connections and shared passions.
• Maintain a pulse on the team’s morale, encouraging a people- first environment where high energy and result- driven mindsets flourish.
Manage Performance
• Train managers to hold effective 1:1s, deliver constructive feedback, and create growth paths for their teams.
• Roll out performance management processes that are transparent, data- driven, and aligned with our vision.
• Collaborate with leadership to define clear role expectations and results- focused metrics (behavioral, qualitative, and quantitative).
Drive Growth
• Leverage tools and frameworks (e.g., 9- grid) to pinpoint strengths, maximize potential, and build dynamic, cohesive teams.
• Organize internal workshops, mentorship programs, and knowledge- sharing to upskill our talent.
• Work with leadership on personal and professional development roadmaps for each role and seniority level.
Offboard & Alumni
• Design a respectful, well- structured offboarding process that safeguards company interests and honors individual contributions.
• Keep in touch post- departure, transforming former employees into brand ambassadors who recall us as a pivotal stage in their careers.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Experience & Background:
○ Proven track record in end- to- end HR responsibilities: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, people growth, and offboarding.
○ 2+ years in HR, People Operations, or a similar role, ideally in a reputable organization recognized for strong people practices.
● Skills & Traits:
○ Data- Driven & Proactive – you anticipate needs, use insights to guide decisions, and always seek improvement.
○ High Energy – you bring enthusiasm, resilience, and positivity into every interaction.
