- Collaborate with other departments to determine and prioritize business strategies.
- Advise R&D team with new product research.
- After 6 months, will work in Japan or travel between Vietnam and Japan, Taiwan or Germany.
- Expedite customer requests and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Support production as needed to get the mission accomplished.
- Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs.
- Support the Chairman in daily tasks, scheduling meetings.
- Improve company image by providing customer feedback to Design department and improve branding.
- Keep up with and advise the management on current best practices and promotional trends.
- Prospect new sales leads.
- Greet guests and VIPs, give presentations, give tours, and give Q&A sessions.
- Supply management with customer needs, interests, and potential for new products.
- Prepare presentations, slides, pamphlets, and other information prior to visitors’ arrival.
- Maintain professional relationship with customers.
- Start up and maintain E- Commerce.
- Explore new and potential markets, customers, and channels.
- Met set quotas per month.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with new prospects.
